Training Club

Don't like working out alone?  Create your own training club.  Gather some friends, family, co-workers, neighbors and embark on the best journey of your lives, together!  It only takes 4-6 individuals to make a club and because its a group you get the benefits of paying less, its like a time-share for fitness.  The cost is split between the group members.  How great is that, now YOU can afford a trainer, too!

Personal training

Help Wanted:  Looking for an individual with certification, starting out or established.  Well versed working with obese adults in transition as well as seniors, children or individuals needing to get on track with a consistent workout regiment.  With or without equipment.  With equipment a plus!

Studio Classes

We have a variety of cutting edge classes that are for both traditional and non-traditional students to get your day started.

Try something new like Bollywood dancing for fitness.    This signature style of song and dance, which combines the rich texture of India’s many classical and folk dances, fused with elements of Jazz, Hip – Hop, Arabic and Latin Forms.  Given on M-T-H mornings.

You don't want to leave India?  Well, then take a yoga class, Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.  Very good for strengthening muscles and its designed so all levels are able to participate.

Runners Corner

Do you prefer to run as your workout?  Well, you are in luck.  We have a running club.  We utilize the studio to stretch and off to the trails of American park or the Elkhart Riverwalk.  We have running programs for All levels.  Come join us!
